  • There is a dedicated helpline no. 9874 222222, which is printed on the passbook of all the borrowers so that they can communicate their complaints/ suggestions/ feedbacks etc., which are resolved /dispensed on priority basis by appropriate authorities.
  • A three member Ombudsman Committee is in place and the chairman of the Committee, Mr. Sanjit Mallick formerly with West Bengal Police Service in the capacity of Deputy Superintendent of Police, can be reached out at the following Mob. No: +91 - 98307 21158 for redressal of grievances.
